• You can use FileZilla if you want to but you don’t have to.
• Unlike other hosting companies HGS lets you have complete control over your Vm.
• You get to manage all of your files directly.
• You can transfer folders and files threw your remote connection.
• If you have moderators or devs that require the use of FileZilla you can use it.

• Payments are through PayPal.
• E-bills are sent to the email associated with the account on the 29th of every month.
• You have 10 days after the 29th to make the payment before the payment is over due.
• A reminder email will be send 3 days before the due date “The 10th day after the 29th”.
• Any account in over due status will receive a $5 late fee.
• A over due email will be sent out 1 day after over due status.
• Any account not paid by the next bill date will be suspended.
• Any account unpaid for two billing periods will be considered abandoned and deleted.
• You can start, cancel, upgrade or downgrade services at any time.
• Any changes made to the account will reflect on the next bill or next months bill depending on date of change.

• If you can not log in please contact us and we will help figure out the issue.
• If you have forgotten your VM’s username or password please call us.
• We can reset your password or help you get logged in.
• You must call and verify your account to reset passwords.
• Password resets can not be done through any other means.

• Your HGS ID is one of two things.
• If you host a web site with HGS your ID is your web site. For example HGS ID = hgshosting.com
• If you have a VM with HGS your ID is the number that you put at the end of your login for RDP. For example rdp.hgslogin.com/#### HGS ID = ####
